Nel 1648, nelle campagne inglesi tormentate dalla guerra, un gruppo di
disertori fugge dal campo in cui infuria la battaglia. Dopo essere stati
catturati, vengono costretti ad aiutare uno dei loro carcerieri nella
ricerca del tesoro che questi crede sepolto nel campo. Da quel momento,
il gruppo gradualmente
scivola in un caos fatto di aspre discussioni, di lotte e di paranoia.
Quando poi diventa chiaro che il tesoro potrebbe essere qualcosa di
molto diverso dall'oro che credevano, si scoprono vittime di energie
terrificanti intrappolate nel campo.
