Gregori (Vincent Cassel) e` il leader carismatico di un gruppo di donne e bambini maltrattati, il loro protettore e il loro mentore. Tra le attività ordinarie e quotidiane che insegna ai bambini, c'e` anche l'omicidio. I problemi sorgono quando Alexander (Jeremy Chabriel), figlio adottivo prediletto di Gregori, mette in discussione la sua autorità. Il piccolo Alexander e` come ogni altro bambino: ingenuo, curioso, sveglio. Ma e` anche un assassino perfettamente addestrato. Con ritmo incalzante, PARTISAN cattura lo spettatore dentro un mondo claustrofobico, governato da un codice morale deformato, dove lo sguardo si apre su visuali sconcertanti e il respiro viene a mancare.
