Il concerto tributo a Freddie Mercury per la consapevolezza dell'AIDS è stato un concerto di beneficenza tenuto il lunedì di Pasqua, 20 aprile 1992 allo stadio di Wembley a Londra, in Inghilterra, prima di un concerto di ca. 72.000. Lo spettacolo è stato trasmesso in diretta televisiva e radiofonica in 76 paesi del mondo, con un pubblico fino a un miliardo.

Il concerto è stato un tributo alla vita del defunto frontman dei Queen, Freddie Mercury, con i proventi destinati alla ricerca sull'AIDS.
