William Holland è un musicista inglese, DJ e produttore discografico. Ha sede a New York City, dopo aver trascorso sette anni in Colombia. L'Olanda registra sotto vari pseudonimi, tra cui Quantic, la Quantic Soul Orchestra, The Limp Twins, Flowering Inferno e Ondatrópica. La sua musica presenta elementi di cumbia, salsa, bossa nova, soul, funk e jazz. Holland suona chitarre, basso, contrabbasso, pianoforte, organo, sassofono, fisarmonica e percussioni. Gran parte del suo suono è composizione originale, piuttosto che campionamento di materiale di altri artisti.
