Due bande mafiose sono da tempo in guerra tra loro. Una delle due ingaggia così un sicario di nome Craver (Cuba Gooding Jr.) per eliminare il boss rivale. Il lavoro non va però a buon fine e al suo posto viene quindi chiamato Wolf (Dolph Lundgren) altro assassino a pagamento. Nel frattempo, Craver è passato a lavorare per la gang concorrente: a questo punto lo scontro tra i due killer diventa durissimo.
