PROVA A INCASTRARMI è basato sulla storia vera di Giacomo detto "Jackie Dee" DiNorscio , membro del tristemente noto Clan dei Lucchese che operava nel New Jersey. A metà di una condanna a trent'anni di reclusione, a Jackie viene offerta l'opportunità di abbreviare la detenzione a patto che testimoni contro molti dei suoi amici più cari.
