Insoddisfatto del governo di Madero il peone Tepepa continua a combattere contro le truppe regolari assieme a un gruppo di fedelissimi. Si scontra più volte con il crudele generale Cascorro, ma è perseguitato anche dal medico inglese Price ansioso di vendicare una ragazza la cui morte era stata causata da Tepepa stesso. Cascorro riesce a ferire Tepepa, ma nello scontro decisivo viene ucciso dal rivoluzionario. Il medico avrà la sua vendetta, ma altri continueranno la rivoluzione.
